The Vera Baker rumors came out all the way back in 2008 but nothing ever came of it. It will be interesting to see where this latest revelation will go, if anywhere. If this latest story turns out to be true, how long will the White House Press Corps ignore it?

It will be interesting in the future, if true, to find out if this led to the strategy adopted by the Democrats regarding Edwards. I don’t find adultery in this day and age shocking, and certainly wouldn’t consider it more than an embarrassment for Pres. Obama, but, again if true, it would lead one to question people’s judgement. As a teacher, I’m already concerned about my students’ hormones going crazy without worrying about elected leaders’.
