Sugar Donut Fingers - Photo

The wife made some great homemade sugar donuts last week.

No pictures of the donuts this time, but just one of my almost 2-year-old boy's fingers after he enjoyed eating one.

"Finland's Best Meat Donut"

Every trip to Finland requires going to the market square in downtown Helsinki at the edge of South Harbor and getting a Lihapipiirakka. Of course, you need to get the best, and the 'Toripojat' serve up Finland's best and since it is a Finnish pastry (of sorts), you are going to be hard pressed to find any better outside of Finland.

You can find a picture of one here. I will post a photo of one if I manage to get another one. I was unfortunately too hungry when I got mine today to get a picture of it!
