Why Obama's Relationship with William Ayers Matters

It is becoming clearer every day that Barack Obama is lying about his relationship with domestic terrorist William Ayers and his wife Bernardine Dohrn. While Obama initially mentioned that he met Ayers during the '90's, this timeline (here) documents that the relationship went farther back in time and was far deeper than just living in the same neighborhood:
A number of different civic-minded coalitions emerged to promote their reform agendas. Barack Obama’s Developing Communities project allied with the ABCs Coalition, a group apparently coordinated by (your patience is about to be rewarded) former Weatherman Bill Ayers [No Quarter link]. Other groups in the ABCs coalition were Chicago United and the Civic Committee of the Commercial Club, both of which are linked to businessman and philanthropist Thomas Ayers, Bill Ayers father. - Nice Deb
And what kind of guy is Ayers and his wife? In short, they are terrorists:

This is a direct reflection on Obama as to the type of person he is. He has associated with two domestic terrorists who hate America for over a decade, certainly knowing the type of people they are. He went to a church whose pastor, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, not only hates America but blames America for 9/11. He did it in such a vocal and public way that Obama, after defending him and his relationship with Wright, eventually had to disavow him even though the Reverend never attacked anything other than with his words. He has yet to disavow bombers/murderers/ terrorists William Ayers or his wife Bernardine Dohrn. One needs to wonder why since these two are about as close to poison as you can get for a political career.

Add to his numerous questionable associates and friends his rejection of the Flag and patriotic activity in general, further disqualifies him from the position of President. Can you picture Obama laying a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown soldier? I can't picture him reviewing our troops. I can't see him supporting our troops in any sort of difficult mission he might ask them to do (Think Clinton and Somalia) and that is a shame seeing how willing he was to intervene in other countries, just as long as they are not headed to Iraq. I just can't picture him carrying out many of the traditional duties of the President that makes America they type of country that it is.

A President needs to not only be Presidential, but also must appear Presidential.

If those ties are significant, what about Sarah Palin's connections through her own husband and her own appearances at conventions of the Alaskan Independence Party. A party who supports Alaska becoming a country. How unpatriotic is that. The founder of this party even professed his "hatred for the American government" and cursed the American flag as a "damn flag." WOW! Sarah Palin supports the destruction of the American Government. Im not even going to get into troppergate and her use of power to fire her brother in law.

Thanks for your comment. Are you suggesting that we should start investigating Mrs. Obama's friends now too? Her appearances at those conventions was as Governor. Anyway, the last time I checked, nobody the mcCains were connected to have tried to bomb anyone. The worst connection is to the fired Alaska State trooper and they happen to be on the right side of that argument. 'troopergate' as you cal it. Try calling it tasergate.

Interesting post - I guess guilt by association goes several ways...

Look everyone is guilty by association. Both McCain, Obama, Palin, and Biden have their hands dirty, but if you want to lay Obamas dirt on the table, lets be fair and lay McCain and Palins as well. He without sin toss the first stone. They are all corrupt. The troopergate findings released yest, but a predominately republican board proved Palin missused her position. That is a fact. But I do love reading your blog, helps me start my day with a laugh. Keep them coming.

It looks like you delete comments with which you do not agree. How very Neo-Patriotic of you! You would make Cheney proud.

I would be more concerned with your utter drivel if there were more people commenting here at all... This page looks like any other McSame blog, talking points and all, except you have pwetty pitchurs of biiig boats!

Congrats.

If you actually bothered to read the note above, you would understand that it was the comment's author and not I who deleted the comment.

Maybe nobody is commenting because they agree with the issue above. Normally people comment when they take issue with something...

Anyway, if I was interested in stifling comments then I would have required logging in to prevent anonymous comments like yours...
